Last weekend Marcus and I ran a marathon relay. This is at the transition point. I was very happy to be done and Marcus was just getting started. We did really well considering having a baby this year. Thank you Marcus for being willing to do these crazy runs with me. Kristina and Ashley also ran. It was really fun. I want to do it again next year.

Congrats on your race, Erin! Alan and I ran the turkey-day race together. It sure beats running alone. I'm hoping to get him to do a half with me next year.
